About the Role
Alphagary is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead our Denver, PA manufacturing operation. This role has full responsibility for plant performance across Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety, Health, Quality & Environment (SHQE), Purchasing, Planning, Process Engineering, and Warehouse functions. The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader who drives a culture of safety, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement while delivering results across quality, productivity, service, and cost metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the plant with a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and environmental requirements.
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence across all manufacturing functions.
Develop and execute production and operational plans aligned with company objectives.
Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Utilize KPI dashboards and operational metrics to drive performance and accountability.
Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership teams and frontline employees.
Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and cost reduction initiatives.
Partner with leadership, engineering, quality, customer service, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and operational discipline.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of Plant Operations Management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated success leading safety performance improvements and building a strong safety culture.
Strong experience using KPI dashboards, metrics, and operational data to drive business results.
General knowledge of applicable ISRS elements, OSHA, and state requirements
Proven leadership experience managing teams and improving employee engagement.
Experience driving operational discipline, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Previous experience and be able to demonstrate ability to organize, manage and motivate employees, with a sound understanding of employment law and HR aspects of employment.
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen, CAPEX management, and operational budgeting experience.
A confident communicator and inspirational leader, able to effectively engage with and influence suppliers, clients and colleagues at all levels of the business.

The compensation for this position is typically $145,000-$165,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
